I worked with Heather once again, this time to purchase a home back in WI. I cannot recommend her enough to friends and family! Heather has provided me with exceptional support, going above and beyond to answer all my questions at every stage of the process, and to make sure I felt comfortable with all my decisions. Her in-depth knowledge made my whole experience less stressful on my end. I am incredibly grateful to have her expertise and knowledge throughout my journey back home.

I met Heather in October of 2022 and instantly formed a friendship with her regarding the sale of my home. The process to get to the sale of my home and a purchase of another was going to take a fair amount of time (all because of my issues with downsizing a 3600 sq. ft. home and improvements to the house). Heather worked diligently with me to find people who could help me with home improvements, making enhancements to staging my home, as well as talking with me on what I could do to improve on the sale of my home. Whenever I ran into a problem, Heather could offer several options that I might want to consider. She met several of my family along the way (helpers who were packing things up) and everyone loved her -- knowing they would consider using her as a relator for future sales. The sale far exceeded my expectations and the new Loos Home she negotiated for me is perfect. She has become a dear and trusted friend -- one I will always be grateful I had the opportunity to meet.

She went above and beyond in helping us sell our homes and take the time to help us find our new home. She was always there when needed. She always took the time to add the extra touch. One example is the cleaning crew she has come in to do the kitchen and bathrooms. They are able to make it sparkle like a homeowner can't. It makes a difference. Heather is the best.

Heather went well beyond expectations. She put a lot of effort into our sales and purchase.

It's no surprise that Heather is such a great realtor. She helped with everything throughout our home search and sale, style, location, showings, open house, coordination of the closing date with our buyer and seller, assistance in finding contractors in the area, and helped with communications with the seller well after the closing.
